This help section covers some simple issues you may have when using the Tranny International site.

Forgotten password - use the password reminder button on the left of this screen. Don't forget to fill in your email address first. You should recive an email in a few minutes.

Validation Code - the validation code can be used to confirm your email address. Click the "Confirm your email address" link to have the confirmation email sent to you. Then either follow the link from the email, or type in the validation code in the email.

It stills says I'm not logged in - this is normally caused when you are accessing the site from behind a firewall. If you are not using a firewall try clearing you cache and refreshing the page.

I've logged in, but the Adult pictures aren't showing - try refreshing the page first, then try clearing you browser cache.

Duplicate Email Address - if the system says you can't save you profile becuase you have duplicate email address, try using the password reminder to recover your old login and password.

Chat - you must be logged in to use the chat. The chat is Flash based and you may require additional browser plugins to make the chat work. Follow the links on the chat pages for more details.

AOL Users - there should be no issue with AOL users anymore.
